Wrestler's Name: Davey-Boy O’Brien

Monikers: "The Solid Man with the Magic Mustache", "The Scottish Terrier"

Height: 5’9”

Weight: 13 stone 11 pounds (193lbs)

Orientation (face, heel, tweener): Face

Hometown and origin country of character: Billed from “The Journey’s End, Scotland” in reference
to John O’Groats, Scotland.

Appearance and ring attire: Davey-Boy usually wears simple trunks with maybe some tape on his
fingers, boots to match the color of his trunks which may vary. He usually keeps his appearance
for well-kept. His mustache is a fan-favorite. He is after all known as The Solid Man with the
Magic Mustache.

In terms of entrance gear, Davey-Boy is prone to wear a simple jacket.

Outside of the ring shouldn’t be much of a concern as Davey-Boy is definitely the type to change
out the moment he gets to a venue. If the promoter calls his name, Davey can be out to the ring
and ready to wrestle at a moment’s notice.

Wrestler's personality:

As stated above, Davey-Boy gets to the arena in a timely manner and is the type to be sitting in
ring gear throughout the show in case some is injured or an impromptu match is made, but what
drives Davey-Boy O’Brien?

Davey-Boy is a bit of a joker at times, and the crowd seems to really react to him. He’s just one
of those guys who is just likable. He keeps himself groomed, but also is very sure—and rightly
so—of his abilities.

Main Finishing move: JOURNEY’S END. Modified Jim Breaks Special. youtu.be/NwoohebtTuU

Set up move for Main Finisher: Test Me Knot!: Davey-Boy may try to set up Journey’s End by
rolling himself into an Armadillo. His opponent may try to mess with him a bit, but when he
sticks his hand out—if they grab it—he strikes. In an ideal situation, he would transition over
to Journey’s End. In some situations, he may transition to other moves such as a pinfall attempt
or some sort of submission move.

Backup Finisher #1: THE RUSS ABOTT WALLAP. (RAW) Davey-Boy Airplane Spins his opponent usually to
the crowd’s chanting. Davey-Boy has been known to Spin for long amounts of time before finally
dumping his opponent back on their feet and delivering a WALLAP of a headbutt! Davey-Boy has also
been known to deliver the WALLAP of headbutt while in stride.

Unfortunately, due to the high impact of the move not only on Davey’s opponent but he himself,
there is a pretty decent potential of a Double Knockout.

Backup Finisher #2: ROLLING STONE SUPLEX. If Davey-Boy’s opponent gives up the rear waist-lock
late in a match, he may be likely to attempt this move. He usually shoves his opponent either
into the ropes or against the turnbuckle to set this Rolling Bridging German Suplex.

Strengths:

1- STRONG. Davey-Boy, despite being rather small, is incredibly strong. He was considered to be
pound-for-pound one of the strongest wrestlers in the UK.

2- ZIP. Due to his small size, Davey-Boy has a lot more zip across the ring than a lot of the
bigger wrestlers.

3- NATURAL CHARISMA. Davey-Boy just has a natural connection with the fans.

Weaknesses:

1- SHOWBOAT. Sometimes Davey can get caught up enjoying a raucous crowd.

2- FAIRLY GREEN. While O’Brien would be considered somewhat of a prodigy, he is still fairly
green. Some more veteran wrestlers may be able catch him off-guard with some alternative… means.

3- KILLER INSTINCT? Davey-Boy O’Brien is very much a good guy at heart. While Davey is highly
talented in the ring and fully understands the art of putting an opponent away, there is a
certain line that others may be willing to cross that Davey isn’t.

Profile:

Davey-Boy O’Brien had to become the man of his house at a young age due to his father—an Irish
fishing captain—being lost at sea along with his ship. Due to this, Davey does tend to show some
good leadership qualities. He also began training for wrestling at a young age as he knew that’s
what he wanted. During his time training to be a wrestler, he was also a Parkour act at the
carnival before wrestling some of his very first matches. This was where he was discovered by
UKWF where he lead a very successful stint. Many times, his name was in gold conversations.

Wrestling History: While Davey-Boy hasn’t yet held any titles, he does hold a very impressive
fight record.
